RULE 25: POINT OF LAYOFF
| Description: RULE 25- POINT OF LAYOFF A trainman in regularly assigned freight service laying off from assignment may do so at the home terminal of the run or, in emergency, at the far terminal, if such point is located on his seniority district; provided, however, that when reporting back for work must do so at point where laid off. The extra board having jurisdiction at the point of layoff will furnish the relief. |
