RULE 94. SINCLAIR SWITCH LOCAL. Conductors' and brakemen's positions will be bulletined annually upon a date fixed by the Superintendent and Loca1 Chairman. Conductors and brakemen assigned under the annual bulletin will remain on the assignment for one year and will not be displaced by senior conductors and/or brakemen during that period.
