Rule 91: Promotion and Rights- Freight Conductor
| Description: RULE 91. PROMOTION - FREIGHT CONDUCTORS. When additional passenger conductors are required promotion will be made from the ranks of freight conductors: the Company reserves the rights, however, to hire both freight and passenger conductors outside the ranks of employee, should the service, in the judgment of the Company, demand it. |
