Description:

RULE 37.  

Note: This rule does not reflect the changes of the various  interdivisional runs agreements.

 (a) Constructive Mileage Borie-Laramie and Speer-Laramie.  To cover the constructive allowance between Borie-Laramie and Speer-Laramie, conductors and brakemen will be allowed 23 miles in addition to actual miles, for single trips from Laramie to any Colorado Division* point or from any Colorado Division* point to Laramie; except that the total allowance for such service must not be less than provided for under Rule 26.

 (b) Constructive Mileage Laramie-Buford.   To cover the constructive allowance for the Laramie-Buford schedule turn conductors and brakemen will be allowed 25 miles in addition to the actual miles for trips from Laramie to Colorado Division* points and return.

*Division designation prior to January 1, 1948.

 (c) Constructive Mileage Green River-Ogden. In freight service mileage allowance between Evanston and Ogden will be 100 miles, between Evanston and Green River 100 miles, Green River and Ogden 200 miles and, Ogden to Wahsatch and return 150 miles.
