Rule 30: Salina- Junction City Turn

RULE 30. SALINA-JUNCTION CITY TURN.     On district Salina-Junction City turn-around service may be operated as double with Salina as the starting point or terminal, on continuous time basis when departure at turning point is commenced within 8 hours after going on duty; 120 miles allowed.  

Note: When trains are moved to the west end of the Junction City yard to meet other trains, the starting time will be computed from the time train to be met clears west end of yard unless movement is straight-away the same as pulling through passing track to meet train without stopping. In all other cases, starting time will commence when train actually starts moving from the east yard.
