Description:

RULE 22. PASSENGER TRAINS OPERATED IN TWO OR MORE SECTIONS.    When a regular passenger train is operated in two or more sections, the regularly assigned crew will be called for the first section carrying revenue passengers that is a part of the regular train.  

Stub trains run in advance of regular trains are not considered a part of the regular train under this rule, except when performing the normal work of the regular train, including the carrying of revenue passengers.
