Rule 4: Time Begins
| Description: RULE 4. TIME BEGINS. A passenger day begins at the time of reporting for duty for the initial trip. Daily rates obtain until the miles made at the mileage rates exceed the daily minimum. Note: Passenger conductors and brakemen called to deadhead will be called at the same time as the passenger conductors and brakemen that are called for service. |
