During our daily conference call with the Carrier, they asked the Organization to please have our membership report any shortage in cleaning and sanitizing supplies at all reporting locations, AFHT hotels and crew haulers to the safety hotline. These issues have been reported each day on the daily conference calls but if they are reported to the safety hotline the Carriere can get those issues handled much faster than if we wait to report them on the conference call. The Safety Hotline is being monitored 24 hours a day and any issue reported to the Safety hotline in regard to COVID-19 will be handled immediately and local management will be directed to correct the situation.

In addition to the safety hotline, we encourage you to notify your Local Chairman immediately so they can work with Local Management and get your concerns addressed.  Items not addressed by Local Management will be handled by our office to ensure they are corrected in a timely manner.
