The Full Committee of SMART GCA-953 was called to convene in Quadrennial session on Monday April 29 through March 1, 2019 in Las Vegas, NV. During the session many agenda items as well as by-laws changes were addressed.

The election of Officers were also held on Monday. Luke Edington (Local 286) was elected to the position of General Chairman. Ian Reynolds (Local 1117) and Zach Nagy (Local 495) were elected as Senior Vice General Chairman. Larry Romine (Local 473), Dave McCowan (Local 238), Herb Krohn (Local 1348), Mike Seliquini (Local 202), Brad Warren (Local 446) and Pat Kenny (Local 367) were elected to the position of Vice General Chairman and Jason Rodabough (Local 1366) was elected as Secretary of the Committee.
